My name is Jackie Erskine and I bring you JOY!

I am a wife, mother, and passionate Jesus follower. I adore my husband (Steve) and children (Janeil, Stephen, Renee, Joshua), unwind by watching recorded TV shows, choose purple every time, and trust the power of flowers to brighten any environment.
Oh, and I'm on a mission to bring JOY to the world, one person at a time!
My Story
I have overcome many obstacles and understand the challenges that life often brings. As a breast cancer survivor and the only one from my childhood household who is alive, I understand the hardship of physical pain and emotional suffering. But God's compassionate love and kindness have kept me motivated and full of joy. Despair is not an option, so I choose hope, passion, and joy every day!

A graduate of York University and Tyndale Seminary in Toronto, I hold a Bachelor of Human Resources Management and a Master of Divinity, in Christian Education and Discipleship. And I'm not done yet. I'm currently pursuing doctoral studies in Practical Theology at McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario.
